Monica Robles is the author, creator, and copyright holder of the Emprendedor@s and Entrepreneurial Academy programs. These programs educate, motivate, and empower participants, teaching them how to successfully launch their own businesses.
Driven by a passion for supporting the Hispanic community, Monica developed the curriculum for these programs to serve residents across Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles Counties, as well as the Imperial Valley in California.
To date, she has trained and graduated over 1,900 entrepreneurs, many of whom have gone on to successfully launch their own micro-enterprises.

Monica’s personal and professional goals have centered on providing her clients with excellent service by actively engaging international companies and clients in high-performance, mutually beneficial strategies.
Professionally, she has realized her goals through various roles with both local and international companies. Furthermore, she has served in the state government of Sonora, Mexico, and with several United States federal agencies—including the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City—as well as serving as a field investigator for the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA).
On a personal level, Monica enjoys dedicating her time and expertise to the Hispanic community through volunteer work, providing training for various non-profit organizations such as WHW (Women Helping Women), IE_THRIVE, the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (OCHCC), and Uplift San Bernardino, among other prominent organizations.
Monica possesses extensive experience in cultivating client relationships across various organizations and teams. She is particularly passionate about planting the seeds of self-discovery and fulfillment in others, helping them reach their greatest potential.
As the founder and executive of her company, Monica is a dynamic, results-driven leader. Because of this, she has successfully generated revenue and growth in diverse markets for the companies that have engaged her services in recent years.
Recognizing the significant need for foundational knowledge regarding launching small businesses within the Hispanic community in the United States, Monica founded the Asociación de Emprendedor@s. Its primary mission is to continue educating and empowering this vital and growing community.

Monica holds an International Executive MBA (IXMBA) from the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid, Spain—a program consistently ranked among the top Executive MBAs globally. Her professional journey is underpinned by this rigorous global education and a deep fluency in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse, bilingual community with precision and cultural empathy.
Beyond her formal education, Monica is a lifelong student of the world’s greatest thinkers in personal development. She has deeply integrated the philosophies and methodologies of John C. Maxwell into her own life—using them as a framework for high-impact decision-making, increased productivity, and a more harmonious, purpose-driven existence.
As an active member of the Maxwell Leadership International Certification team and the CEO of Heart Centered Leadership Coaching & Consulting Group, Monica is committed to a singular mission: transforming lives by equipping leaders with the skills, clarity, and character they need to thrive.

My expertise spans a diverse range of business landscapes. Before founding Heart Centered Leadership, I spent over 12 years excelling in the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Direct Sales, and party-plan business models. This foundational experience honed my ability to drive sales, cultivate talent, and manage complex business operations. Over the past five years, I have pivoted my focus toward high-impact advocacy and training, specifically designed to support the Hispanic community across the United States.

- Institutional Partnerships: Working closely with the IE-SBDC (Inland Empire Small Business Development Center), the IE_WBC (Women Business Center) OCHCC (Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce), THRIVE Inland SoCal, The LaunchPad Collective, IE_BankON , Microenterprise Collaborative of Southern California, and multiple Mexican Consulates to provide accessible, high-quality business training.
