It is led by Mónica Robles, Founder and CEO, who is an Internationally Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She is the author, creator, and owner of the intellectual property (copyrights) of the Emprendedor@s, Emprendedor@s 2.0 Program and Entrepreneurial Academy, these programs educate, motivate, empower and develop the leadership skills of all participants teaching them how to start their own small businesses.

Mónica Robles has collaborated with the OCIE-SBDC (Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center), the OCHCC (Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce), as well as the Counties of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino Los Angeles, and Imperial Valley, and the Mexican Consulates in Santa Ana & San Bernardino.

Additionally, she has collaborated with the Cities of Santa Ana, San Bernardino, Riverside, Irvine, Coachella Valley, Beverly Hills, Anaheim, Bellflower, Rancho Cucamonga, among others, supporting the improvement of their local economies by transforming the lives of more than 1,900 people and teaching them the principles of their own leadership.

Mónica Robles is the Lead Instructor, Business Coach, and Leader of the Emprendedor@s Program. She understands the importance of consistency and has always conducted herself with the highest standards of professional ethics.
